I seriously think you need to write a book on managing conflict and crucial negotiations. You're fucking brilliant. It'll knock the professional development market on its arse.
thanks noel. although i think the true test is to judge one on outcomes, not principles ... right? and it ain't going so well in pure outcome terms ...
